Sanity savers!

You guys have saved my mental stability! I too, like OP, had been searching high and low, hither and tither, to find at minimum a name for this rubber ring. I finally found this thread as my coworker and I were diligently scouring the internet. Now that we know it is just a glorified "assembly pin" I'll be able to finally finish the install!
