Default 4.3 block drains

i have a rather simple question.--having had a 93 blazer and also a 92--

r there block drains on a 99 blazer.? ---i do not have a 99 service manual but do know, they should be near the pan rails.

a visual check did not reveal them, midd block, between the freeze plugs.

any help on this year?---

Coolant plugs - location on engine block??? 4.3l '97
Found using "block+drain+location" in the search tool!

They're in the same general location regardless of the year of 4.3 that you are talking about.
