Default 4.3 cylinder head removal

I’m currently in the process of removing the cylinder heads on my 2000 blazer 4X4 v6 4.3. Was able to get the passenger side head off no problem. The only problem I’ve run into that has me at a stand still is the fuel line bracket in the back side of the cylinder head on the driver side that’s butted up against the fire wall. I have no clue what size the nut is or what it looks like (might be a 5/8). But I was wondering if anyone knew of a simple method or a tip or trick to help me out here. I saw a post on the forum about the same problem but was never able to find a solution. So if anyone has some type of insight it would be much appreciated!

Here's a link on this site to the instructions for a 97 Blazer which should be the the same for a 2000. Post #2 - Les Meyer. He knows what he's talking about on just about everything Blazer related.

I was able to it out with a flex head ratcheting end wrench. I believe 14 or 15 mm

Figured it out! Thanks for all the help guys, but the easiest route of approach is going straight through the wheel well. Just pull back the cover and the bolt is actually visible from that flap! It’s a 9/16 and a wrench makes quick work if it. Trying to go over the top is just going to be near impossible, there’s also a 9/16 ground to the left of the fuel line bracket. Hope this helps anyone in the future
