Simple answer, run regular old copper plugs if you want to save some cash and dont mind changing them every 30k-40k miles.
Pay the premium for platinum if you dont want to change them as often and are willing to pay the higher price.
Im willing to bet you wont notice any difference in performance on these S10 with the simple distributor and coil ignition system.
Me personally i run regular old copper NGK plugs in my LS swapped blazer and it runs like a scalded dog without a hint of missfires but i also pull the plugs every now and then to see how the engine is running.

I was ashamed to admit that I ran the original champion in my lawn mower for 20 years. It ran better with a new e3 but I'm surprised at how much fuel it saved me. Anyone put a set of e3's in their 4.3?
