Default 4L60E valve body question pics included

found this while deciding i would change my trans fluid and filter, wondering if i should be worried its the forward shift accumulator from what ive been told.

did you find the piece? if not, has it been shifting normal? I`d be tempted to do the change and see what happens

i did find it in the bottom of the pan, it looks to me as if the previous owner punched a hole in the bottom and put one of those quick change rubber plugs in the bottom and in doing so hit the valve body.
