Default 4wd 95 blazer to 2wd

How expensive would it be to swap out the transmission and all the 4wd components and switch it to a strictly rwd car w/o 4wd? the 4wd has never worked right since 5 years after we bought it ( owned since new) and i'm just sick and tired of it, last week it got stuck in 4wd and the motor to switch it in and out of 4wd is bad and will be about 375.

You would have to bet a 2wd trans or swap out the output shaft and tailhousing. You will also have to get a new driveshaft.Get rid of the trans, transfer case, front diff, and front axles and driveshaft. Make sure you keep the outboard joint of the axles in the hubs, otherwise you will have problems.
