82 K5 Turbo 350 Leaking into NP 208
I have a 82 K5 that is leaking dexron through the adapter into the NP 208.
I dropped the transfer case and inspected the back end of the transmission and the front of the transfer case with the adapter on it.
I'm wondering..... where are the seals that prevent the fluid from flowing from the Turbo 350 into the NP 208?
I've done some digging around on google and a few forums to no avail.
Thanks in advance!
Daniel

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply! I'm about to go check it out in a moment. Also, is there a seal on the back of a 4wd Turbo 350 at the the output shaft? My reading online and in Ron Session's THM 350 Handbook points to no. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Daniel

is there no seal in the rear of the turbo 350 because the little hole at the bottom leaks into the t case to keep it lubed if so do you just fill the transmission until it is correct and then the t case will be at the correct fill point
