My 94 s10 blazer doesn't start up on tact after key is turned over. First time of the day I go to drive it, I have to pump my gas pedal for at least 3-5 seconds til my engine turns on and at times I smell gasoline at startup. If I go to shut car off and restart withing 5-10 minutes my engine turns on immediately with no need to pump pedal and no gas smell. I just replaced my starter, fuel injectors, alternator, spark plugs spark plug wires, erg valve, fuel pump test went well, my catalytic converter was bad so replaced that and I still get extremely below average fuel economy. I get on average 8-12 mpg

 

its your fuel pump, i just replaced mine and now my blazer starts up immediately after putting key in and ceanking it, it used to take a minute or two to start but after i replaced fuel pump it starts up right away every time even if i let it sit all night.
