So I was pulling my egr for a check on it's wellbeing and lost one of the bolts... Took the other one to match up at the auto parts stores and they dont have any. Can anyone give me the official name for the style and size bolt i need, or even better if a part number exists! Thanks a bunch

Well, that may be difficult. So I would contact a dealer OR the cheapest way...local junkyard, that's what I would do.
Do you have access to a pull your own parts? Or call a place, often they will tell you what they have out there truck wise, places around here will even take things off for you for a fee.

 

Thanks for the advice, i'll try a pick n pull place but might be easier to get to a dealership where i'm located. Hope they'll have one!

 

Were you able to locate a replacement? I just experienced the same problem and I'm pulling my hair out because I can't find one. The only post I've found online mentions a guy finding one that matched at advanced auto but I can't locate one there.
