95 Chevy Blazer s10 4.3 liter cranks&fires/no start timing issues poss.
I've been having issues my 95 Chevy Blazer 4.3 S10 vortec engine I've done many things to it spark plugs spark plug wires fuel filter, oil change replaced all them yet still it cranks their spark but it isn't starting . We're thinking that maybe it's the timing but we can't find it the place where the notches are we don't know where the actual distributor has all the positioning for the spark plug wires we want to make sure it's right anybody got any ideas on why this is happening and how we can fix it.
a couple months back I was texting this post about a crank no start 94 Blazer four-wheel drive Vortec engine I change the distributor the cap of the distributor I had oil changed twice I had a new battery I even send it to this last time for a month a mechanic to have it fixed after being ripped off for $2,800 I got back to car That Shook uncontrollably due to whatever is wrong it wouldn't stay started at stop signs and now they Handed me little square box that said with a coil of some sort not to lose it well it's lost now and I don't know what that quill was for and don't know where it was supposed to go does anybody know why my car will crank and not start again after all these issues supposedly fixed and with a quail with two and where the positioning would be... Oh and number three and four spark plugs do not fire help me I'm so lost!!!!
After being fixed for the distributor problems and oil change a new starter and among other things I have now he'll be issued due to unable to start instead it backfired and gas getting poured in the intake I have now gas in my oil that I have Goyle I have no reason why I'll drink them out and within a few a week or so it'll still be overfilled but my car will not still start help me why is my car doing this and how can I fix it I got told they all you have to do is get it started and it should burn itself out but without it starting I can't do that method not a mechanic in Lost!!!
If it is very cold outside (like +2°c or colder), you may have to cycle the key, for it to start. My Blazer had this problem for a few years, then it just went away by itself (I have nooooo idea). As for how to cycle; turn the key to the ON position and wait for at least 3 to 5 seconds. Then turn key OFF. Then immediately repeat 2 more times. On the third try, after waiting..........crank and see what happens.
IMHO we have to straighten out some ideas and things here.
Your thread title says 95 S10 Blazer
In thread #4 you post about a 94 having had some issues.
We need to know the exact type of engine. Until the 94's there were two options for the fuel injection. Starting in 95 there should be only one.
Do you have access to a code reader and a timing light?
Then we have to determine why you get fuel into the oil and into the engine.
If a fuel injected engine is not starting within 3 attempts of 10 seconds each - stop trying.
At this point we don't know if you have a fuel leak (post #6 from TomA) or tried so many times as to flood the engine.
Please attach a picture showing your engine and have a look into which year and which engine option your Blazer has.

we've put gas in the air intake because there is no carburetor and it will not start it still does the same thing it turns over buy the starter but it doesn't go to try to even start and we found that number three or four don't have no spark at ALL.SOMETHINGS DEFINITELY WRONG
