hey guys, new to the forum, i bought a 95 blazer last weekend, hadnt even drove 100 miles with it and the tranny is shot.... but was just wondering if any other years would fit in my 95, its got a 4.3 vortec moter with the 4wd. any help would be great, thanks

lol i did not see the 4x4, i think its from 95 to 97 not exactly sure

The 93-94 4L60E did not have a PWM TCC solenoid so your computer will fry the TCC solenoid if a 93-94 transmission is used. As there were other modifications to the transmission for the PWM TCC upgrade, you cannot just swap a solenoid over. You may be able to use a transmission from a 96-97 provided it is a single piece main case and has the appropriate bolt pattern on the back to connect to your transfer case.

Yeah i asked a buddy at work and he said for the 95 tranny it will have to be a 95 96 or 97
