96 Blazerd 4.3l vtech-stallin ISSUES HELP
HEY I GOT A 1996 CHEVY BLAZER V6 4.3LITER VORTECH MOTOR
98,000 ON IT JUST GOT IT 2WEEKS AGO DID OIL CHANGE, AIR FITLER, NEW BATTERY, FUEL FILTER
RUNS GREAT BUT THEN STARTED RUNNING ROUGH AS I AM DRIVING AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND DIED WHILE DRIVIN AND BRAKE LIGHT CAME UP ANDANTILOCKLIGHT THEN DIES..RAN CODE WAS TPS SENSOR, SO PUT NEW TPS SENSOR ON AND TOOK OFF EGR VALVE AND CLEANED IT OF CARBON AND PUT IT BAK ON RAN GREAT FOR 2DAYS THEN TODAY DIED ON ME SEVERAL TIMES, AND CHECK ENGINE CAME UP BUT DONT HAVE SCANNER NE MORE AND WONDERING WUTS THE PROBLEM..IS IT THE EGR VALVE DO I NEED TO BUY A NEW ONE??? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM THANKS?????

Yea i would pull the egr valve again and clean it up real good and get a new gasket with a screen if you dont already have one. The egr valve ports are known for gloging up as are the egr ports . May also want to run a can of sea foam through it just to help clean any other carbon out of the engine.
