Default 97 Blazer having trouble Accelerating

Hey,
I am new here. I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer. I recently just got a tune-up (new spark plugs, oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter) because I thought it would help with my acceleration problems (that was a bust). The truck drives well until it hits about 35 mph, which afterwards it has a very hard time accelerating and it tries revving up which makes my rpm jump like crazy. I have no idea what the issue could be and I don't want to waste tons of money guessing around.

Anyone have any help or advice ?

PLEASEEE HELPPP

First thing to do, after you have the codes pulled and post the actual codes on here and not what someone thinks they mean.. is listen and look hard to determine whether the engine is actually revving to match the tach. I understand it may be difficult to tell if you're not used to that but this is where a friend who's a gearhead might help you out. USED to be our ears were our tachs.
If the engine is just missfiring and bogging due to an ignition problem that can save a whole lot of steps.
Otherwise the NEXT thing.. and there's no guessing here.. is to borrow a fuel pressure test gauge and go through the suite of fuel pressure tests.

Most important is the key on, engine off pressure and leakdown test.
We can proceed from there to the at filter pressure test.
