97 motor into 95 blazer?

I just got asked if I would sell the motor! so I guess if the money is right I'll sell it.

What would be fair to ask. its a 97 w/ 200k and runs mint. Any ideas? The guy is coming to haggle motor and other parts next week.

a used motor from the salvage yard goes for $400-$500 around here.
