Default 98 Blazer Will Crank No Start

This is the second time in two months that out of the blue, the car would crank but no start. While the engine is turning over it does not even spit or sputter, like it has no fire what so ever. I received the car over a year ago as a gift from my parents to my middle child. They were the original owners. When I received it, it had a pretty ugly leak of oil/coolant so I replaced the upper manifold gasket, plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, belts, hoses and fluids. I put a fuel pressure gauge on and it read right at 61 while cranking and did not bleed down. I used a spark tester at the coil and had good spark and did it again at the #1 plug wire and had spark there too. I did not check the others yet. I smell gas in the exhaust. I even tried to use starter fluid directly in the intake and it still would not even try to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Spark at the plug wire needs to be blue and jump 1/2 inch.
Any codes?

Well you need to do the fuel pressure tests correctly . Key on Engine off is how you check initial pressure, not while cranking. 61 regulated pressure is low so get the gauge on and test Key on Engine off. Should be at least 60 with little or no bleed down after ten minutes. Then check max pump outlet pressure at outlet side of fuel filter. This needs to be 73 too 108 psi with little or no leak down.
