i got everything lose and it is split from the block can not get exhaust lose seems like I should be able to twist it or something and clear that but there is a ear on the other side getting caught on the like the inner fender of the driver side and I can not get it the rest of the way out any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks been working on this for 4 days now ready to roll it over a hill please help 99 blazer transmission replacement

 

So you are trying to do this transmission removal with the y pipe still on , correct ? Unless you have a bodylift its about impossible . I went and bought a transmission from the scrap yard and tried to drop it with the y pipe still hooked up and it was not happening , I wasn't be easy on it either . So I didn't care if I broke the bolts so I went for it , hoping they would just brake . And I can't believe it but they all came out great . My s10 blazer has a 3 inch body lift and there is not no issue , Heck I even changed the transmission lines yesterday , gotta love the bodylift .
