Default cable at throttle body

I have a 1993 Chevy s10 blazer Tahoe, at the throttle body there are two cables ,one comes from the gas peddle and the other from a vaccum system. What is the vaccum cable called and what does it do?

The other one is the cruise control, leads to that vac container on the drivers side.

Default Cruise control

You all got it right, it is a cruise control cable.
Thanks,
Rich

You are welcome. Mine did not work since I got my 93 Jimmy. Recently when I was mess around under the hood I noticed that plastic jacket that covers the wire was not attached, so the cable was folding when the throttle was opened.

I have a curious mind, why were you wondering what this cable was for?
