Default Center Plug on drivers side

I just baught a 96 Blazer and decided to do a tune up on it. The only one I couldn't get to was the center plug on the drivers side. The plug is directly behind what I think is called the stearing shaft. Does anyone know how to replace that plug and what tools I am going to need Thanks

Oh, boy. There are a lot of threads and discussions on techniques for this plug. Do a 'search' for '#3 spark plug' and see what you find.
