Chevrolet Blazer S10 4.3 engine rattles
Amazing, thanks for this tips. I will check this first and order me the things you mentioned
Oil pressure more when I was driving a while, to make this video, I just let it run a few mintues outside. Problem is really the starting, after it started it runs like on the videos. It is like a old Diesel, takes several times and long ignition turns and than it starts with very low RPM and than recoveres fast.

OK - let me know when you are ready to do more.
Starting will most likely be fuel delivery, but testing will tell.
Please keep in mind there is most likely an engine problem causing the ticking noise. This would be diagnosed separately from the starting problem.

Hey,
I got my adapter and installed the App you mentioned, thanks for that. I red the car and found a total of 3 errors.
P0300, Cylinder Misfire detected
P0154, Sensor Circuity no Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0134, Sensor Circuity no Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I deleted them and the engine control light was not burning since then, but I just let it run a few minutes and did not drive.
I will try to drive a few meters tomorrow.
About the fuel pressure, I´m thinking about to buy me a manometer to do this by myself, can you share a picture where the nozzle is where I can check it? I didn´t find it by myself unfortunately.
Best

Hi,
Make sure that P0134 and P0154 codes come back before worrying about them. They could have been left there from someone trying to test. Not going to affect starting. Can wait.
P0300 also can wait. Many things can cause it. Not going to affect starting.
Here are factory diagnosis charts for the P0134 and P0154 codes. Please read carefully and ask any questions you may have about testing if you eventually decide to pursue these codes.

But fuel pressure would be first thing for you to check for your starting problem. 3rd photo in the thread below shows fuel pressure gauge hooked up. Note that I do NOT agree with this article about required functional pressure being above 60 psi. My 2001 Blazer has been 58psi maximum for 8 years and so have other's. The higher pressure is apparently for the older poppet style injectors. For now, just screw a pressure gauge onto the Schrader fitting, turn the key, and immediately watch the pressure both during and after the 2 second pulse. Also with engine running at idle. You can report kPa.
In the US, it is common for the auto parts stores to have tools (such as the fuel pressure gauge) for customers to borrow (with deposit). Is that an option for you?
