Hello all,

I am looking to buy a 2000 ZR2 Blazer with a bad clutch from someone I know. Truck has 172k on it. New fuel pump this year. Tires are about two years old. Truck is in pretty good condition overall.

Would $1300 be a good price to pay? I am only looking to buy it, replace the clutch, and sell it for a profit.

Second question is:

I have never messed with hydraulic clutches, only mechanical. Do the slave cylinder need replaced with the clutch? Also, does anyone have a write up somewhere on removing the transmission? Can't seem to find one anywhere...
