Default Coolant leak on passenger floor, heater core?

So I discovered a massive pooling of liquid on my front passenger floor of my blazer, not only that, it has migrated some to the back seat area. It smells TERRIBLE, I dabbed it with a towel to see if it was coolant. Well the green color does not lie, it was coolant. I looked at my coolant level and it was a little lower than it should be, so the question is, is my heater core toast?
