Crank no start has fuel and spark. Everything replaced!!
Actually since you have the GM Service Info Manual - just look up P0102 and P0122 diagnostics and read the different "Conditions" for the two DTCs in the text portion above the diagnostic charts (both for running and setting the DTCs). This will tell you exactly what it takes to set the code. See if it makes sense that they recently set on your vehicle.
Cleared codes. Nothing came back up when checked again. I did check for signal voltage, 5v reference and ground. They were good.
The distributor kit will be here tomorrow and I ordered an air filter as well.
I have been looking for a good scanner. I can't afford a Tech 2 by no means but I think I found one similar maybe. If you have a minute would you look at a scanner i found on ebay.
GM General Motors Diagnostic Scanner Code Reader ABS SRS SAS Scan Tool Vident
Thats the name the link is
https://www.ebay.com/itm/123411631610
Or if you know of a good one with professional features that doesn't cost 600 bucks.
So where do we go from here?

I don't think it is going to help you get things running any better than the Torque Pro. But once you have it running there will be some use for it in a crank sensor relearn (but that doesn't affect how engine runs - only affects misfire detection).
First let's get that new distributor in. Just drop it in towards exactly the same place the rotor points to when you take the old one out. Might as well get a noid light. Looks like we will be needing one and they are cheap.
That's a Vident I-link 400. I have one. Great scanner. Near Professional level. Will do crank sensor relearns, brake bleeding, cylinder balance test, ABS, SIR, etc. However I only pull it out when I really need it.

That's what I was thinking about the vident. It looked like the best choice for the money.
Ill get a noid tester from harbor freight tomorrow.
Getting that distributor right works on my nerves. If you don't have your own routine for doing it, I recommend getting that rotor pointing straight at something (I used the firewall) so you can't forget where it was pointing when you took it out.
But there are few scanners that have the same capabilities. So you have to figure out what your scanner is capable of. Torque Pro is one of the better inexpensive scanners. I also like Car Diagnostic Pro, which uses the same OBD2 bluetooth dongle.
Your primary uses for Torque Pro will be reading/clearing codes and displaying various PIDs for different sensors (it requests the value from the vehicle computer and interprets what computer sends). In Torque Pro you have to either display a sensor value by making a gauge for it in "Real Time Information" or by plotting PIDs in a graph. With Torque, a lot of the extra GM-only PIDs are included if you turn them on in setup.
Contrary to popular opinion, a stored fault code doesn't indicate a bad part - it only directs you to the correct diagnostic chart. Also, know that the scanner without proper diagnosis isn't going to tell you why your vehicle won't start - they just aren't that smart - even a tech 2!
Here's a good video (make it full screen) on setting up Torque Pro for use. https://bafxpro.com/pages/obdsetupvideos
Ok i received the distributor in last night. Im going to put it in now. You mentioned before that i need to use the torque pro app?
Im going to find a good reference point like the firewall to take it out. Then make sure the oil pump is not in the way. Then when putting the distributor bacl it needs to be turned slightly to the left so that when it slides in it will rotate into the correct spot because of the helical gears.
Its been many years since I changed a distributor. Do i need to gresse the gear or do any other preparation?
