Unhappy Crazzy oil leak...HELP!

Ok first off I'm new to owning a Blazer and mechanics in general. So if this post seems a little n00bish I'm sorry!

I noticed when I was vacuuming my truck that there was a pretty big sized puttle of oil in my driveway. So i turned it back on to see where it was coming from but I couldn't really tell. Its leaking in front of my tranny which i think is my differential? Seems to be really bad when the nose of the truck is pitched down. When I turn the truck off it slowly stops.

Now from what I have been reading this could be a few things like a manifold gasket? My oil isn't milky so I don't believe I'm having any problems with my head gasket or anything.

I'm just trying to figure out the problem before I bring it anywhere so I'm not getting dicked around. If you guys or gals have any info that might help me I would appreciate it sooooo much.

Does it have a after market lift kit on it?

Oil leaks require physically tracing back to the source. Start from the bottom of the engine and work upward inspecting the gasket around the oil pan, the valve cover gaskets, and the oil pressure sending unit at the top back of the intake manifold. If this does not succeed, there is a dye to place in the oil and with an ultrviolet light you can see the leak.

Unhappy

I traced the leak to one of the lines that runs to the oil filter. It seems that my frame had hit one of these lines over time and wore a hole into it. I put a "band aid" on it for now but I have to price out new pressure lines soon. Hopefully there not too expensive to replace <- idky but its cool lol
