csefi supply/return lines

Default csefi supply/return lines

I have a 2000 blazer with CSEFI and I removed the unit to replace the intake manifold gasket. Upon reassembly, I cannot reattach the fuel supply/return lines. It looks like there is an oring sideways in the larger hole (return?). I cannot move this ring. Any suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You did not just bend the lines back did you?

You need to pull out the spacers and o-rings and make sure they are positioned properly. If you sliced an o-ring, you have to get the o-ring kit which is universal for all SCFI motors and includes enough o-rings to completely re-do a v8 spider.

The illustration below shows the proper order of the components:
