Default Damn, Im in trouble now!

Hey, guys
I took off my lower intake manifold. I was trying to fix an oil leak. Anyway I was scraping the rtv off with a utility style razor blade (trapazoid shaped). I dropped the razor blade down and it fell out and under the camshaft. Would it fall down into the oil pan? I told my father. He thinks the best way to get it is with a magnet on a spring (sears). I would much rather take off the oil pan. Engine is stock 4.3 vortec on a 2000 bravada.

uh oh! Im not sure if it'll fall into the pan. If i was you id go to autozone etc and get a extendable magnet. they are tiny and about 2ft long. it'll pull it out. time to go fishin!

I'm assuming you have an AWD Bravada. If that is the case, good luck pulling the pan. It will not be an enjoyable experience.

As far as what to do now, fishing is going to be your best bet.

Yessir. I thought about that a second. Theres the driveshaft or the AWD in the way and i think some fuel lines are in the way too.
