Did a tune up on my 98 ZR2

Let me guess, the replacement was a bosch sensor...? If you do end up replacing the sensor, do yourself a favor and pick up a genuine AC Delco sensor. Either buy it online or if you have an AC Delco retailer in your area, go that route. I have witnessed first hand the lower activity of brand new Bosch direct replacement and universal O2 sensors. Lower activity directly relates to a shorter life span.
You can go to ACDelco.com and type in your zip code to see if you have a retail store close by.

SES on. DTC CODES p0151, DTC PENDING P0151, P0174. The codes did infact follow the sensor. Time to warranty it out and see if a new one fixes my issues.

Well, if you find that it starts to fail again, I wouldn't warranty it again. Rich conditions will kill a catalytic converter quick. The AC Delco sensors aren't all that much more expensive and are hands down better in these trucks.
