do any of you guys run throttle body spacers on your 4.3?

i can get a pretty good deal on a helix one from work, brand new in a box but i dont know if i should bother.

basically what i am wondering about is does it really make a noticeable difference in mileage and/or power?

I wouldn't waste the money on it. The 4.3L already has a rather large plenum volume and really won't benefit from a TB spacer.
