Default Driveline noise

Hey. I’m new here so hopefully everything goes well. I have a 2005 2door and I have a bad humming noise... it’s not a wheel bearing and it’s not my rear bearings as I just replaced them with speedy sleeves. I changed the diff fluid and checked the rear end and it all looked okay, and I changed the rear ujoint on the rear driveshaft. If I jack the rear up and run it in drive, I can hear the noise. And when driving it sounds like I’m the centre of the truck. I checked the transfer case fluid and it’s bright red. Same with the trans fluid. I can’t find the issue!

it seems to happen only when on the gas. If I put it in neutral it quiets down and it quiets down she the transmission shifts.

please help!!!

Sounds like possibly a bad pinion bearing. With the truck jacked up and parking brake released, disconnect the driveshaft from the pinion yoke and rotate the yoke slowly by hand. If it feels crunchy, it's bad.
