Default Engine cranks but no start after overheating!!! Need help!

So the inevitable happened today. While i was driving one of my heater core hoses blew up and my truck started overheating. Luckily i was very close to home and made it into my driveway before the temp gauge could go over 230 F. Total time it spent overheating was maybe 1-2 minutes. I replaced the hose and topped off the antifreeze and when i tried to start it, it only cranks. I checked for fuel and spark and i also checked my oil to make sure i don't have the forbidden milkshake. It all seems in check. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Tomorrow i'm going to do a compression test. Does anyone have any tips or leads i could look into? Thanks. I have a 2001 Blazer 4d 4wd.

Check:

Fuel Pressure per the sticky
Spark at 2 different cylinders
Compression
Fuel injector pulses

Could be engine damage and bad compression, water damage from the spewing hose, heat damage.

Check that your distributor cap isn't wet inside from the spray of coolant.
