Default Engine not as responsive as it used to be

i have a stock 1988 blazer 4x4 with 4.3 V6 fuel injection automatic. Its not as responsive when I give it gas anymore and it runs a lot quieter at an idle. Is there anything that can be done besides exhaust to bring it back up to speed.

an exhaust wont bring it back to life, trying doing a tune up, changing the oil, fuel filter and run a can of sea foam through and also change the air filter then you should be good.
