If the leak was on the driver's side, you needed to replace the 'nut kit' - the fuel pressure and return lines.
And after you do that, you need to remove and clean the EGR valve pintle/seat and its bore (replace it with a screened gasket, not the OEM gasket - it's available in the HELP! section), and remove and clean the IAC valve and its bore (lubricate the o-ring lightly with engine oil). Also clean the throttle body, paying special attention to the back of the butterfly and where it seats when closed.

IAC valve (Idle Air Control) is high on the left side of the plenum, right above the throttle plate.

Excessive fuel can foul spark plugs. Have you pulled and cleaned or replaced the plugs, especially on the driver's side, since you replaced the nut kit?

i just want to add this...some scan tools wont read as a 1995..you may have to enter in that it is a 1996 in order to retrieve a code..I know this because mine is a 1995 with OBD2..It all depends on the scan tool..Hope this helps for future reference.

I was pulling the truck around to the garage. The truck starts and seems to be running as it was before. Well in this journey I developed a miss in the engine and a radiator leak.
