Engine shuts off after it warms up
I have it 1989 350TBI.. I put in a blueprint engine 350 Tbi that is brand new. 1st couple times I let it idle for 20 minutes to follow break in procedures it was fine .I added a new Knock sensor and engine temp sender after initial start up. I put a new water pump, thermostat and coolant temp sensor at yhe time of build Also. After It warms up, It just shuts off with no warning and check engine light comes on. I have a 190 degree hermostat. Temp Gage on the dash is not working but was not working prior to engine swap either. I have a heat temp gun which I checked temp at the block and was 195-215 degrees. Temp at thermostat housing was 185 or so.. I have heat hooked up currently and hose from rear of intake goes directly to top port on radiator. Not sure what to check next? Any ideas? Thank you

Travel with tools. When it quits measure fuel pressure and check for spark at a couple of plugs, report back. Once we know if its fuel or ignition (or neither), then we go from there.
Normally I would say read codes but I have no idea what that means in your case.
