Default Engine sputters when accelerating

I have gotten rid of the most of the problems on my Blazer.
I still have som sputters when accelerating and bad gas milage.
Have changed coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulstor, cat and air filter.

What would cause this sputter and low MPG? O2 sensor? Fuel spider? Nut kit?
Cat?

Check the MAP sensor, take it right out and look at thr rubber grommet, is it cracked or torn, maybe even check your vacuum lines and make sure there aren't any tears/splits in them

Checked it last night, no cracks. And it's brand new. No vacuum leaks. Almost like it get's to much fuel.....

hmm, check and see if it has any codes stored in it, check history codes too. They might have set but not set the light off.

When you replaced the fuel pressure regulator, did you pressurize the system with the plenum off to check for leaks in the nut kit? Did you see any washing on the driver's side of the plenum to indicate a nut kit leak? Oh, and did you disturb the spider at all when you replaced the FPR?

Other possibility is one or more stuck poppet valves - run some Techron through your gas (the concentrate) and see if that improves anything. They have a tendency to get dirty and stuck open (there's a TSB on this).

You said you replaced the cat - was it bad? If so, it is possible the O2 sensor is fouled. You can check voltages to test it (I'd have to find them somewhere, but I'm pretty sure Kyle has posted them somewhere here). However, an O2 sensor that was reporting a lean condition, causing the ECM to spray more fuel, would report a code. So this is less likely here.

I did the FPR change at the same time that I did the LIM gasket change.
I did take the spider out of the plenum, but I pressurized the system with the plenum off. And I could not see any leaks at the nut kit.

The cat was almost clogged. Would it report a code on a 1995, if the ECM gave it to much fuel or the O2 was bad?
