A vacuum leak that size will cause it to idle up really high.

well i went to the junk yard today and picked up that part. and well that was what made it go full throttle.. i still has a vac air neck somewhere so it still starts funny but it runs again. thanks for all the help,jeff

 

That's nice to hear, keep at it you will get it.. Just remember when you get frustrated stop take 10 and go again... Have fun...
