Default Gas mileage.

Beating a dead horse here but any suggestions are appreciated.

1995 Jimmy, 4.3, 4 door, 97,000 miles, 19 gallon tank...

The bad -Roughly 160 miles on a full tank.

The good- New fuel pump (Bosch), spider injector, nut kit(fuel lines), cap, rotor, wires, plugs (AC DELCO). Cleaned out the grit and grime and left over fuel from the leaky regulator and the ports with Carb cleaner inside the plenum, including the EGR ports. After the spider repair I changed the oil and filter, Seafoam through the booster vacuum line then a New O2 Sensor (Bosch), the Bank one sensor, before the Cat. I didn't bother the one after the Cat.

Pulled the terminals off the battery for a bit after the sensor change.

I still get the same 160 miles as before the repairs and new parts, infact it almost seems worse.. I'm at 1/4 tank now with 130 miles on this tank. Tire pressure is checked.
I cant win here so what are some other suggestions? Something I am missing? Some other sensors?
No check engine light as well.

Its in great shape, well taken care of and hate to get rid of it. Got it for a steal, but now I am putting a lot of $$$ into it....

Is the engine coming up to proper temperature? A cold engine is going to get poor economy.

This! My fuel economy has been total s**t the last two weeks with the temperature being so cold. Warming it up helps.

Did you replace the fuel filter?

I think the cold is a possibility, I am in Pa, and its cold and snowy.
I also noticed the hum of the fuel pump is not normal first thing in the morning, as if its frozen...
I normally let it warm up in the morning, but its not always at the normal temp before I drive away. It does run normal though, no issues there.
The fuel filter was last replaced in 2007.
I guess I can give it a try by replacing it with a new one.
