Default Head bolts on 95 blazer.

Hello.
I am in the process of putting a 95 4.3 back together that I purchased from a local wrecker. They told me I should replace gaskets and seal, no problem. I decided to take the heads off and replace the head gaskets as this is what failed on my original cpi engine. The parts store tells me I have to replace the head bolts because they are a stretch bolt, however the Haynes manual I have says for 94 and 95 they are the traditional torque to spec bolt. Can anyone tell me for sure which they are. I bought the bolt kits anyway but I would like to know for future reference.
Thanks.
Carl.

Everything I have found states to torque in a 3 step sequence (25ftlbs,45ftlbs,65ftlbs). If they were torque to yield, the final step would be a specific angle to turn them.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I thought as well. So that brings up another question. The two head bolt kits I bought were for the torque to yield head so I assume I would have to do the torque to yield with those as opposed to torque to spec. They must be a stretch bolt requiring the final 55 , 65 or 75 degrees.
Carl.
