what if they are rusted on an stripped? cuttting is no prob nor is the 40ish it'll take to weld it back up. but my question is also can i still get to all the bolts if i cut it off?

all the bolts at the end of the Y pipe broke off...

got the t case out today. weather's been crappy here

 

soooooo.... can't get the trans out so now what?

 

how many bolts hold the trans to the engine? i got 9 and i don't see any others.
book says " remove transmission to engine bolts"

if i have all the bolts then i can't get it to slide back... trick?
book says "support transmission and pull to rear"
