Hesitation when driving?

Hesitation when driving?
Okay sorry for the repeated question but I cannot make heads or tails of this. I drive a '97 Blazer 4x4 and it has a hesitation problem when it drives. It kind of bucks and seems like it doesn't want to go faster. Ever since I bought it it had always started hard, where I would usually have to leave the key in the on position for a few seconds before it would start. A week ago it completely stopped starting. I determined that the fuel pump was bad and had it replaced yesterday, it starts up great now but the hesitation is still there. So far I've changed the MAF sensor, the fuel and air filter, and had the pan dropped on the tranny. Next order of business is to do plugs, wires, cap and rotor. My question is should that fix it? And also is it okay to drive it with the hesitation until I get around to doing that or could that possibly damage some other part?

I had a similar problem with my 94. I was told up and down that it was my fuel pump, but when I took it to a Blazer specialist they immediately identified the Fuel Pressure Gauge as the culprit. Replaced that and everything went back to normal.
