So I got some spray sea foam. It says to spray it at the throttle plate. Well on my 98 blazer this cant be accomplished by putting the straw in the intake boot. So I folded the straw under the coverthing that goes over the throttlw body reved engine and sprayed per instructions. Well the engine never bogged and it never did make a smoke bomb I always here about ? Sooooo where did I mess up ?

I'm not exactly sure what "the cover thing that goes over the throttle body" is exactly. But the best way I've found to introduce SeaFoam into an engine is through a vacuum line. The line that goes to the brake booster works the best. If not, you would need to remove the boot from the throttle body to access the blade.
I think your method of application was the issue. There should be no problem with getting it to smoke if done corecctly. As far as putting it in the oil to get it to smoke... I suppose if you like knowing you have leaking rings and valve-stems seals.
