Well sounds like you really should test the entire fuel system first. since you say you need injectors you probably did a leak down test but did you do a Max Pump Pressure test? i would check that first then decide if you need a new spider assembly. If you do you want to use an AC Delco or Delphi MPI upgrade unit only. Do not use another brand spider assembly. On the older style spider you can just replace the injectors because they are not injectors they are poppet valves. The actual injector is inside the modual head. The new MPI unit has an electronic injector at the end of each fuel line to the manifold.

I did not do a leak down test or a pressure test mainly Bc my best friend works on cars for a living for over 35 years now and my truck also has all of the systopms for new poppets

Well, these symptoms can be caused by a few different situations on the 4.3 engine. That is why it is important to check the entire fuel delivery system on them. Why replace a 2 or 3 hundred dollar injection spider when it may only be a fuel pressure regulator or a 150 dollar fuel pump.
