Okay, I've done a few things since I've posted last. I replaced the TPS, the fuel filter, and air filter. I took the CPS out, cleaned it and re-installed (there were no wear marks on it) Then I did a CPK relearn. After that the car ran better than ever, I was able to hit 4,000 RPMs without a problem...for about 5 minutes. I got a full tank of gas immediately after doing the CPK relearn, and literally as I got up to highway speed my CEL came on. Brand new codes appeared this time. I got a P0300, and 2 P0304's. I haven't gotten these codes before... I have also developed a hard start condition. The engine needs to crank a lot longer now before it starts. Now When I give it a lot of throttle it will go all the to 4k rpms, before it starts jumping around. So I am definitely narrowing it down... Any thoughts. I am taking it back to the Hobby shop on base to check it out on the computer again.
