K5 blazer hard start

K5 blazer hard start
Hey guys I have a 1990 k5 blazer that is 4wd and if I go to start it after it's been sitting for about an hour it will take almost 30 seconds to start. Sometimes if I shut it off than try to start it it will fire right up other times it won't. I Put in a brand new starter fuel pump and new fuel filter and it didn't help at all any suggestions?
