i just wanted to know what exactly was causing my truck to be so loud when im driving it?

 

Can't tell you much. What are you driving? Does it do it all the time or just when the engine is hot? Does it occur only for a minute after you start off or does it continue for as long as you are driving? Are you running your air conditioner?

 

88 s10 blazer 2wd 2.8 engine. and it only does it when i accelerate. my air doesnt work so its not that and its just extremely loud.

 

I don't mean to hi-jack your thread, but mine is loud after the first start until I hit 25mph. Then it's fine. No AC. Any ideas? Sorry again for the hi-jack...or...BUMP!

 

I know when my 91 is cold, The fan clutch/fan is REALLY loud. Has a loud roaring noise until it warms up.
