Just looking over, in refrence to cleaning the sensors, on my 97 4.3 what i do is i clean my MAF, then i spray Silicone Spray on all my electrical wiring on the motor and for my throttle cables lube them with white lithium grease. Clean battery terminals of any corrosion and what not. Engine is very clean and Everything is protected well to reduce wear and breakdown, just my .02 on any other questions in refrence to any future questions on what to clean and lube

I am just trying to keep things cleaner and easier for those that can help to recognize the questions being asked. Since this thread is entitled "MAF Sensor" and the initial question was answered, people will be less likely to read through this thread to get to your further questions which are off topic in regards to the original post. In your other thread entitled "Engine stalls", you can summarize what you have done to date and the results. This will be a better place to discuss your continuing engine troubles.

Heck, these two threads could have been all together as all of these questions relate back to your engine troubles. If we had vBulletin, I would just merge the two threads, but that has not happened yet...

No problem at all. As I said, just trying to keep things organized for both your benefit, Rick, and for future people who may come across this thread.
