Default Misfire Upon Acceleration and Cruise Control

(2000 2-door 4x4 4.3) As the title says, when I accelerate, between gears I get a chugging, misfire kind of soft jolt and when I set my cruise control at above roughly 50 my rpm's bounce lightly and it makes that soft popping noise (I have a flow-master muffler so I can hear these noises through my exhaust). My gas mileage also appears to have dropped but it may be in my head. I have replaced my spark plugs but that is all I have done. I have read that I should replace my coil overs and/ or plug wires. Anyone have any ideas or can confirm these? ANY experience or ideas welcomed, and also I will reply when the issue is solved or someone comments (im not a ghost poster).

*NOTE: I have no issues or hear any noises upon idling.

Edit: I have multiple O2 sensor codes- B1S2 and B1S3 issues.

Are you getting any misfire codes? I just got mine figured out and it was a bad coil. Did almost the same thing as yours. After i changed my plugs (using the correct oem plugs, acdelco iridium), i also had to change a coil. You might have to change out a coil over or the plug wires, whichever your vehicle has. But first find out if there are any pending (unverfied) misfire codes to point at a specific cylinder. The way mine went, the light would blink but not stay on so i had to look up the codes its was throwing, but not storing. If that makes sense. I use a obd2 bluetooth tool with torque (lite) to find it. So you might have a bad coil/wire and not even know it.

Check fuel pressure to be certain , easy to check and eliminate as a problem. diagnostic before part replacement is the way trouble shooting should be done.

Default The return...

Alright folks, sorry I forgot to update yall. I changed my ignition plug wire last time and that fixed it. But its been a few months and has returned with a vengance. I replaced both the ignition coil and wire. The only codes its throwing is o2 sensors. A lot of them. Bad heat circuts etc.. Any ideas?

I have not done it myself, but my shop says it can be done... I usually add injector cleaner when I fill up from time to time...
