I am wondering if you don't have a nick or hole in one of the tubes between the fuel metering body and the poppet nozzles.

Yes, that's what I have thought also..... I have not been able to recreate the leak when priming the fuel pump and pressurizing the system.
But there are really no good way to test the six tubes without a bench test, but I and most others don't have the tools to do that

GRRRRRR, my spider and nut kit has been all over the USA, Germany and scandinavia, ordered express, but entered norwegian customs today. Took WAAAAY to long time! Most likely I will have it friday.

But over to some more test results. I hooked up the OBDII reader one more time, and took the blazer for a longer ride.

This time the STFT spiked for about 30 sec to a minute at 99.6% about 3-4 times over a 48 mile drive, that cant be right?
