No Crank, please help before we lose another to the scrap yard

If you are standing by the front drivers wheel looking into the engine bay, they all have 0v with the key off, the bottom right socket has 4.9v with the key on and 12v with the key on start. None of the other slots ever energized

Check the ignition a fuse, 40 A.

When I checked it the other day I only did a visual inspection as I hadn’t gotten the multimeter yet, I just checked it on every ohm setting and didn’t get a reading on any of them. I’m off to the parts store I will report back.

Thank you! That did it, she fired right up. I’m gonna have to do a better job of grounding the starter out on the frame

The starter is grounded to the engine block by simply being bolted to it.
