Default No start. Fuel pump not priming.

Hello All...

Recently I ran into an issue while driving, the blaz just died. Wouldn't start back up. Pushed it to the side and saw the ecmb fuse was blown, ok cool. Tossed a new one in and the pump won't prime.

Checked the relay and pin 87 has some pretty black on it like a short. so I replaced the relay.

Yes the relay clicks for those two seconds the key is in the on position.

SO.. I know I'm missing something here. If I directly connect 12v to the pump where the grey/black wires meet it will run, I ahve 12v to the relay. I've checked grouunds... but no prime.

SO when I bridged pins 30 and 87 on the panel to force 12 to the pump still nada...

with a multimeter I ONLY get about 2.5-3.5 volts to the larger grey wire to the pump (now this is the same voltage if I run the ground to the black on the connector, the ground on the rear crosmember OR direct to the battery.

I'm at a loss. PCM not sending 12v? I know I have 12 at the fuse panel when I'm using a wire jumper, but not entirely sure what could cause the drop. I have ready about the oil pressure sender but would that cause such a drop in voltage?

ses light is on when key is in the on position and no flashing lights to indicate its a passlock issue.

Please help gurus
