Default Sputtering before shifting into 2nd gear

Hey guys I seem to have a problem with my 98 blazer 4x4. Going from a dead stop, like at a light, my blazer will "stutter" right before it shifts into 2nd gear. Almost everytime if I start out slow and drive normally. But if I gas it, it has no problem.
New cap and rotor
New plugs and wires
New fuel filter
New o2 sensors
New TPS
New Catalytic converter
New Muffler
Any ideas on what it could be? After I changed the o2 sensors, my CEL turned off. So there are currently no lights on the dash.

I'll check the cap again when I get home, thanks.

Sorry for such the late reply, was still having this issue until I replaced the camshaft sensor and crankshaft position sensor yesterday . All is well now.
