Not The Same Since I got It back
#1
Well about 2 weeks ago I had my A/C seize up and had to get it fixed. I knew what this entailed but didn't have the equipment to do it so I let my uncles good friend do it. $1100 later and the air is colder than an Northern Ontarian winter lol. But I have noticed a few thing since I got it back
First off, I know my alignment's off and just haven't got it fixed yet. I used to be able to hit 120km/h with slight shakiness. Well now at 110km/h its like riding an old school wooden roller-coaster lol I don't know how that happened?
Second, It sounds different. Used to have a, well, Stock sound. Now it sounds a bit... groggy? Its like its idling higher yet the RPMs are still the same as before.
Third, Its just don't seem to wanna get up and go. I used to be able to get on it and spin the tires in my drive-way (Mostly hard-packed dirt and gravel). And now It wont even spin. I can feel it on the highway too. If I'm gently accelerating I feel it sorta boggy and then pull like normal at about 2500-3000 RPM.
Oh and I was messin around with some things and threw it into 4lo just for kicks and switch it back to 2hi. I didn't move at all and kept it in neutral when I put it back in 2hi the sound went away and drove a little better. Only for a bit tho, It all came back after 2 mins of driving.
My truck is about to roll 200,000 km and that my dads answer. " It's old, Just drive it"
Just some thoughts/opinions would be great!
